Pentecost

Pentecost - occurs 49 days after Easter, the 7th Sunday after Easter. The day when the Holy Spirit came across the people while they were in Jerusalem. This account is found in Acts 2. #Pentecost

On Pentecost, people were all speaking, people of different tongues, however, everybody could understand what the other was saying. It was loud when the Holy Spirit came too. The people understood because to them, it was spoken in their own language.

Not to mention, many people were saved and filled with the Holy Spirit!

The number of followers grew then too. Staring the Church.

The current date is on May 23, 2021.

The next two occurrences will be on June 5th, 2022 and May 28, 2023.

According to WikiPedia, this day is also known as, “White Sunday” or “Whitsunday” or “Whitsun”, especially in the United Kingdom.
