Hundreds Dead, Injured in Sri Lanka Bombings - During the Easter weekend holidays, there has been numerous bombings that has killed hundreds and injured hundreds more. #SriLanka

They believe it is the result of Islamic groups. They targeted churches and hotels. These blast occurred during Easter Services. Buddhism is the countries biggest religion.

At the time of this blog post publishing, it has been reported that nearly 300 people have been killed, another 500 has been injured.

Reports show around 24 people have been arrested and a state of emergency has been declared.

Sri Lanka is an island country in the Indian Ocean.
