Broken Crayons Still Color

Broken Crayons Still Color – Think about that for a minute. If the crayon is broken it will still color and be used. Same with us, we are like a broken crayon … God can still use us to color for Him. So don’t give up God can still use you!

Broken Crayons Still Color

Broken Crayons Still Color

That is the great thing about crayons no matter if they are broken they can still be used. Broken Crayons can still color just as if it wasn’t broken. God is the same way with us, He can still use us if we are broken. Actually, seems God uses us more when we are broken. That is because He knows we will do it His way and not our way.

Broken Crayons still can color!

You can melt the broken pieces of crayons and make more crayons or even other craft projects!

Yes! There is still things we can do with those broken pieces of crayons.

Did you know that there is a Crayon Day!

Broken Egg can be used too

It reminds me of the blog post Broken Egg. In order for the egg to be eaten or used, it must be broken of it’s shell.

A great Christian song about Broken Things is by Matthew West Called Broken Things. The song tells us there is hope for sinners. Part of the lyrics reads,

“Now I’m just a beggar in the presence of a King
I wish I could bring You so much more
But if it’s true You use broken things
Then here I am Lord, I am all Yours.”

Matthew West – Broken Things

So be that broken crayon and color proud to benefit the Kingdom of God.

Let God Use your Brokenness for Him!

Knowing Christ Today by Dallas Willard — Willard’s work confronts a critical issue in modern Christian thought: the separation of Jesus’ teachings from what is considered genuine knowledge. He argues that this division has led to a catastrophic misunderstanding of what it means to know Christ and live according to His teachings. The book’s aim is to reestablish the core teachings of Christianity—often referred to as “Mere” Christianity—as a substantial and recognized form of knowledge¹[1].
