Drive Thru Difference – very similar to a pay it forward. Help make someones day and pay for the items of the person behind you in the drive thru. Plus a free printable letter to give out too.
Drive Thru Difference
Reminds me of my daughter and what she told me. She worked a fast food place and a person paid for the person behind them. That person in turn paid for the person behind them. She said it went on with about 4-5 people.
It is amazing just the one gesture can help make or break someone. Who knows that person behind you, all they have is that $5-$10 until pay day. You buying their meal in the drive through line can help big time!
WayFM is my favorite Christian radio station. I just wished there was a station near me, I listen via their mobile app. I was peaking at their website and came across the Drive-through difference and how it is like a pay it forward. I had to share it to my readers. Of course many other radio stations and other places mention about making a difference by this.
This is taken from WayFM’s website
You’re familiar with the concept. You decide to pay for the coffee, food, or whatever, of the person behind you in the drive-thru. Sort of a “pay it forward” kind of thing. Or, maybe the person in front of you in the drive-thru did the same for you…
Either way, it’s a great way to really impact someone’s day. Who knows what someone might be going through when, out of the blue, they get a nice surprise from a stranger? What a great way to live out your faith, and love a stranger in way that might impact their day… and maybe it will impact yours too.
In the past, that person might have shared what happened with a few friends, or posted about it on Facebook. But what if that person was able to share it on the radio?
So maybe help make someones day and pay for the meal behind you as well at the drive-through and help make a difference.
You can even include a note to the person too! Below is a free printable you can use. Or you can create your own!

I enjoy listening to nothing but Christian Music. Camping and hiking is something that I enjoy. I guess that is because I am an Eagle Scout. Blogging is something I enjoy doing too. I have been blogging since 2004. However, I have been blogging on Courageous Christian Father since 2012. I am married with 1 daughter and 2 step-sons and a step daughter.
