Man carrying cross on 11E in Jefferson City
Jesus you must take up your cross daily. Some people still want to protest a powerful message by carrying a big cross along the highways of towns.
That what this day did on Saturday before Easter of 2024. I didn’t get to stop to ask ask his name, just to get a picture. If you know him, please let me know, so I can place it here.
I am not sure where he started or finished. I was approaching almost to Chuckey Pike area of 11E (Just before Pal’s & Bonjangles). He was heading East, if he stayed on that Highway it would take you into Morristown).

The Journey – Deny Yourself and Take Up Your Cross (2012 — I did get to stop and talk to this guy)
This cross carrying also used wheels like others have done. Doing this could be a big witness and open the door for people to stop and talk to the person which could lead to witnessing.
