Bananas are one of my favorite fruits. Strawberries being my top.My favorite thing to make with bananas is Banana Pudding. Another thing is a Banana Split.
Banana Lovers Day is held annually on August 27. I couldn’t find when this day started or how it got started.
The average person eats about 33 lbs. of bananas a year. The banana tree is actually an herb and the banana is the fruit from that herb.
