Ingredients

  1. Two Cans of Cinnamon Roll Dough
  2. Six Eggs
  3. Vanilla Extract or Pure Vanilla
  4. Milk Thicker Batter or Water for Thinner Batter
  5. Cinnamon or Cinnamon Sugar
  6. Maple Syrup or Pancake Syrup

Instructions

  1. What I did is open the cans of cinnamon rolls cut them in chunks.
  2. I sprayed my baking dish with cooking spray you can use melted butter.
  3. I placed the chopped up cinnamon roll pieces and spread out evenly (Save the icing that comes in the cinnamon roll cans)
  4. Then in a mixing bowl I combined the eggs cinnamon sugar and milk and vanilla mix it well. You can use just cinnamon.
  5. I’ve been poured that mixture in the baking dish on top of the chunked pieces of cinnamon rolls.
  6. I’ve been drizzled pancake syrup since maple syrup is so expensive on the top.
  7. Then I sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar, you can use just plain cinnamon.
  8. I then Baked it for 20 minutes at 375°
  9. Took it out of the oven using oven mitts and allow to cool just a little.
  10. Then I used the icing from the cans of cinnamon roll and drizzled the top with it
  11. Then I Served and enjoyed!

Notes

  1. Utensils needed
  2. Mixing Bowl
  3. A Knife or Scissors
  4. Wire Whisk
  5. Rectangle Baking Dish
  6. Oven Mitts
  7. Serving Spatula
  8. Plates
  9. Forks
  10. Tips
  11. Oven temperatures vary so cooking times will vary too. The recipe said to cook for 25 minutes mine was done within 20.
  12. Depending on your budget you can substitute the maple syrup with pancake syrup.
  13. People can use water instead of milk with the egg batter. Milk with thicken the egg mixture while water will thin the egg mixture out.
  14. I did notice that my Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bake seemed a little more eggy so you may want to use four eggs instead of the six.
  15. Too much butter or cooking spray may make it a little oily and soggy on the bottom.

My daughter and I both enjoyed this and I believe you will do.This would make a great dish for your family. My daughter and I has this as lunch, but I do like breakfast foods for dinner and lunch myself.

Warning is very sweet and loaded with sugars!
