There are numerous Bible apps available for different platforms. Here are a few popular ones:
  1. YouVersion Bible App: YouVersion offers a comprehensive Bible app with multiple translations, reading plans, devotionals, and audio versions. It also supports community features, allowing users to engage in discussions and share verses. (I use often)
  2. Bible Gateway: Bible Gateway provides a user-friendly interface and access to a vast collection of Bible translations. It includes study tools, commentaries, devotionals, and the ability to search for specific passages or keywords. (I use often)

Actually all Bible Addresses are pointed to Bible Gateway and they often send me Bibles or Books to review.

  1. Logos Bible App: Logos Bible App offers an extensive library of resources, including multiple Bible translations, commentaries, study guides, and original language tools. It caters to both casual readers and scholars seeking in-depth study materials. (Never used)
  2. Blue Letter Bible: Blue Letter Bible provides access to multiple translations, commentaries, and study resources. It includes features like interlinear Bible, concordance, and the ability to search for original Hebrew and Greek words. (I use some some)
  3. Olive Tree Bible App: Olive Tree offers a variety of Bible translations, study resources, and reading plans. It allows users to highlight, take notes, and synchronize their reading across different devices. (I never heard of or used)

These are just a few examples, and there are many other Bible apps available on various platforms, such as iOS, Android, and desktop. It’s recommended to explore these apps and find one that aligns with your preferences and needs.

What Bible App(s) do you use and why?

The End of an Era: Redbox Shuts Down All Kiosks — In a move that marks the end of an era, Redbox, the iconic DVD rental service, is shutting down all of its kiosks. This decision comes as part of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy liquidation by its parent company, Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment¹². For over two decades, Redbox has been a familiar sight at grocery stores, convenience stores, and Walmarts across the United States, offering a convenient way to rent movies and games. However, the rise of digital streaming services has significantly impacted the demand for physical media, leading to this unfortunate outcome. #Redbox

  1. I was wondering if you knew of any current pc games that help to memorize and understand bible verses. Back in the 90’s Captain Bible was good and Spiritual Warfare too, although that had less actual bible verses. Just wondering if you knew. Thx.
