What we see often depends on what we are looking for.

This statement is true. Often multiple people can look at something and see something different. Most often we can’t see something unless there is something we are looking for.

Reminds me many years ago what color is that dress. Or if you look at clouds and describe what they look like.

A Similar saying is beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Or another one man’s trash, is another man’s treasure.

It just shows how our minds think when we see something and process it to what we believe we see or don’t see.

Maybe we need to clear our minds and thoughts, if we can, the next time we try to see something.

I pray you see the True light of Christ in your life.

He is most known for his contributions to archaeology, architecture and the evolutionary theory. Meaning Lubbock believed in evolution over creation.
