The world “Friendsgiving” was officially added to the Merriam-Webster dictionary in January 2020.
It got its start around 2007, from the tv show Friends. While others say perhaps in 2011 from an ad campaign.
There is no official date, but often celebrated on, before or after Thanksgiving.
Usually dinner may consist of that similar to a covered dish or one person bring this and another bring that.
Even a drama film was created about Friendsgiving.
