We’re not in the same boat, We’re in the same storm - a lot of people are saying we are all in the same boat with the pandemic going on. I heard on the radio they said, that were are not all in the same boat, just the same storm.

The reason we are not all the same boat, our situations are all different, thus making us in different boats. For example, some of us are still able to work, while others are not. The list can go on and on.

What is in common?

The only thing that is in common in the pandemic. The storm what we all are facing, but we are all in different boats in the same storm. Each person has a different type of boat floating or sinking along. There might be even some in a sinking boat that is drowning them.

No matter the storm! We must remember that Jesus is with each and everyone us, even while we are in different boats, He is there with us in each different boat out there in this storm.

He does have the power to calm the storm. But if He doesn’t calm the storm, He sure can be with us in the storm and help to bring us calm while the storm beats and weathers us.

Let’s remember not everyone’s situation is the same as ours in this pandemic. However, we still must be the Church and be there for each other.

Think about this … If we are ALL in the same boat, that one has to be a huge boat for ALL of us to be in. The other thing is, the weight could bring down that boat.

So in this blog post I share that the boat is our situation, our differences. The storm is what is going on to everyone and that is the pandemic.

May God continue to see us through! If not! Those who are saved should not be afraid, because we will be taken into glory and out of a place of sin, death, sickness etc.
