Wear A Star Day

Wear A Star Day - A Day to wear a star. Wearing a star gives hope to families who have experienced the loss of a child. #WearAStarDay

This day was created by The [R] Project, a Christian non-profit group that helps give hope to parents and families that have experienced the loss of a child.

You wear the star on any part of your attire. Your clothes, earrings, necklace, bracelet, shirts, pants, hats, buttons, etc. The list can go on and on. Just wear a star!

Wearing a Star symbolizes the “Little Stars” in heaven. These “Little Stars” are children who died at a young age, including still born, miscarried children.

Occurs annually on April 12

The Stars worn are meant to bring hope.
