The Ghost of Christmas Present

One of my favorite versions Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol is The Muppet’s Christmas Carol. In this one they have a large Muppet playing the Ghost of Christmas Present. His time was short he told Scrooge. He grew old fast too. In this version, he resembles Father’s Christmas.

Michael Caine played Scrooge in that version.

This was the second ghost to visit Scrooge.

The Present is what is happening this very moment. As in while you are reading this blog post. Right now!

We can control to some degree our present time. We have to know that what we do or don’t do today will effect our future and that of others around us too.

Our present must be lived for Christ! We must be sharing the gospel and inviting others to church. We should be seeking lost souls. That is what the great commission is all about.

Remember it’s all about Him and Him Alone!
