Corn on the Cob

Corn on the Cob

I saw this on Facebook the Best Corn on the Cob Ever. I had to make it and try it. So far the way I like it the best is grilled in the husk or roasted in the oven in the husk. This is a great close second.

This is so simple to make too!

When you boil your corn, you usually use water. This recipe calls for you to use water, milk and butter to boil the corn in. I tried it and I like it a lot. If I need to boil corn, I will use this method. I thought I would share this tip with you all. I know your family will enjoy the corn on the cob this way too. I use about 1-2 cups of milk and 1 stick of butter.

Also keep an eye out as you boil, because milk foams and overflows as you boil it. I have made this twice this way and I figured I would share with you my readers for you to try.

Have you tried to boil your corn this way? What do you think? I would love to hear from you in the comments below.
