Past Tense: Justification

Separation from the Penalty of Sin. You have been saved.

Past Tense: Sanctification

Separation from the Power of Sin. You are being saved.

Future Tense: Glorification

Separation from the Presence of Sin. You will be saved.

Matthew 10:22, James 1:12, Hebrews 10:39, Revelation 2:10, Philippians 3:20-21, 1 John 3:2

  1. I think its a stretch to interpret as you have here the good work started in Philippians 1:6. In the context of the passage it is more likely the work of sharing the gospel
