Take a Walk Outdoors Day
On this day you may or may not need to bundle up, depending on your local weather. Walking is good for you. Not to mention it will help get your waking steps in that you can track on a Fitbit or other types of fitness trackers.
This day is held annually on January 20. The point is to get you active and outdoors. You could go to a park and walk or hike.
Take this day to go for a walk, cold or not. Get outside and walk. Bundle up if it is cold! Don’t let the cold weather stop you!
