Graham Launches Tour Across Oregon and Washington – Political, racial and cultural issues are polarizing our country, and many people across America are looking at the future with fear and uncertainty. What we need is a miracle, and through his Decision America events, Franklin Graham is calling on people to ask God for help. Starting Aug. 1 in Medford, Oregon, Graham will take his tour to the Pacific Northwest.
