shepherd dog in a manger with Jesus
shepherd dog in a manger with Jesus

I saw this on Facebook. It is a Manger Nativity scene picture. This dog, who is a Shepherd bread in in the Manger with the Baby Jesus. This dog knows who true comfort comes from and that comfort comes from our Lord, Jesus Christ. Remember Jesus is the Reason for this Season and all Seasons! According to the caption shared by Smoky Mountain Christian Village this Manger scene is in a church yard. The believe the dog that was curled up to Jesus is a stray dog. I am not sure what church or where this is located, but this is a moving photo. We all should learn from this dog. We must go to Jesus, he is our comforter.

Doing some googling, this image has been out and about for at least 4 years or so, since 2010 is one of the oldest I saw.

Wishing all of you a Merry Christmas, from my family to yours.
