Scaredy cat – do you fear a lot of things? Scared of things? You might be a scaredy cat! What exactly is that? Find out here! #ScaredyCat

Scaredy cat

A scardey cat is a timid person. It is also a person who is frighten by everything. Sometimes us cats can be scaredy cats. I know I can when I hear plastic bag rattle.

The phrase scaredy cat first appears in print in Dorothy Parker’s The Waltz, published in 1933, and she’s usually credited with coining the term. Thus, it is used with the word cat attached to it. (Per the Stack Exchange)

We have nothing to fear! If God is for us, Who Can be against us! Zach Williams in his Song Fear Is A Liar says it best in the main chorus.

Fear he is a liar
He will take your breath
Stop you in your steps
Fear he is a liar

He will rob your rest
Steal your happiness
Cast your fear in the fire
Cause fear he is a liar

So us cats and even those saved hoomans, you have nothing to fear! Father God is Here!
