Risking your life for the gospel or living the high life for the gospel

Risking your life for the gospel or living the high life for the gospel – Are you willing to risk your life for the gospel, to die sharing Jesus or live the high life.

Risking your life for the gospel or living the high life for the gospel

We are all called to share the gospel. That means even if it could mean our life on Earth is over. There is no greater love, than one who dies for another. In short, we risk our lives so others can have eternal life too.

Besides those who lose their life for Him, will gain their life. Also, if we deny Him before men, He will deny us before the Father. I never knew you, is a scary sentence.

Look at Paul, he was beat and put in jail and even killed for sharing the gospel. Are we willing to do the same? We can say yes, all we want now, but when it comes to it, would we really?

Would we be willing to give up everything we have, home, car, job, family, etc to share the gospel? What about living outside in a remote area with little food?

We are called out of our comfort zone for a purpose, so we can totally rely on Christ and Christ Alone. It is a total surrender.

Would we continue in the Way, if we got beat or put in jail or would we give up? Would be just stay in the comfort of our homes? etc.

The Disciples and other followers gave up everything they had to follow Jesus. Even the start of the Church, those people sold what they had and gave away to those in need. None of the hoard it, if they did well God did punish them. Ananiasand his wife Sapphira is an example in Acts 5.

We are ALL called to share the gospel! Find out these 10 reasons why Christians Don’t share the gospel.

20th anniversary of the powerful film, “The Passion of the Christ.” In 2004, director Mel Gibson brought to the big screen a visceral and unflinching portrayal of the final hours of Jesus Christ. The film, aptly titled “The Passion of the Christ,” chronicles the agony, betrayal, arrest, torture, and crucifixion of Jesus. Here are some key points to reflect upon:
  • No Bones About It — Jesus is Alive!
The phrase ‘No Bones About It’ is often used as well to state a fact with no doubt meaning Christ arose from the dead His bones were never found! Jesus Christ is surely alive!
  • Maundy Thursday (Holy Thursday)
Maundy Thursday we don’t hear about this day too much, especially as a Baptist. Holy Week, that starts on Palm Sunday, week before the resurrection of Christ. Maundy Thursday falls the day before Good Friday and Easter. This is just a short write up on this day. #MaundyThursday #HolyThursday
  • Searching for Christ
Why do we go searching for Christ as if He is lost and someone to be found. We have it wrong it’s the other way around, Christ is seeking us who is lost so we can be found!
  • Spy Wednesday
Spy Wednesday or known as Holy Wednesday or even known as Great and Holy Wednesday. Sometimes known as Good Wednesday. This is the Wednesday that leads up to Easter. Part of Holy Week. #SpyWedneday #HolyWednesday #GoodWednesday
