New DIY Garage Knox opening in South Knoxville – DIY Stands for Do It Your Self. The name fits DIY Garage Knox! Simply, it’s a Garage that you can Do It Your Self repairs.
This DIY Garage plans to open up on May 18, 2020 at 6001 Chapman Hwy. Even with all of the social distancing guidelines in place.
Knoxville police officer B.K. Hardin owns the shop and his reality to help people save money with this garage to help people tune up their cars.
“I still work with the Knoxville Police Department as my regular day job, but I’ve got some really good people that are working with me here that will help keep this running. This is just sort of a passion on the side, but it’s something that we hope will really grow.”

They will offer clean, safe, well-lit, fully equipped garage bays with or without vehicle lifts for working on cars, trucks, motorcycles, and ATVs. A workbench, compressed air, lighting, hand/air tools, and equipment are included with your bay rental. We also offer rugged tablets for use at your workbench to research procedures on the internet.
