National Relaxation Day

National Relaxation Day – day to sit back, slow down, unwind and simply just relax. #NationalRelaxationDay

This day is held annually on August 15. However, this year, 2018, won’t be a day I can celebrate this day. It is deadline and that means I stay at work until we are done.

National Relaxation Day

This day was founded by Sean Moeller in 1985. He was only a fourth-grader then. In an interview with Valerie Monson in The Des Moines Register Sean suggested people shouldn’t do anything of real value.  Cleaning and real work are not part of relaxation.

Do whatever it that relaxes and enjoy the day! (If you can).

The definition of relaxation is the state of being free from tension and anxiety.
