That includes type of cheeses and/or pasta. Plus you can top it with all kinds of things too. Check out this recipe for a homemade crusty mac and cheese.

In high school, I took Home Economics and mac and cheese was one of the things we made. It was a simple plain recipe. Just the noodles, Velveta cheese and milk.

I like bacon added to mine. I even like both ground beef and bacon in mine. There are some spicy mac & cheeses too.

This day is held annually on July 14th. I am not sure why, who or when this day was created. If you know, feel free to share.
