National Hug Your Cat Day

National Hug Your Cat Day – so go hug your cat notbhustntoday but every day!

This is Lilly Bug, the family cat. Lilly Bug is a calico cat. We adopted her at the beginning of 2015 where Lilly Bug got her furever home. I am a cat person. So I wanted to point out that June 4 is National Hug Your Cat Day.

National Hug Your Cat Day

God has blessed us with animals. He has given us dominion over the animals for many purposes. (Genesis 1:26) So if you have a family cat then take this day to give it some love and a hug. Maybe even a special treat.

We must be thankful for what God gives us, including a family pet. I know I am a cat person and I am so glad God has blessed us with a cat to take care of.

Did you know that having a pet and loving on it can reduce stress and help make you healthier. Also did you know that June is National Pet Adoption Month. If you can have pets where you live. I recommend you adopt and take care of a furever friend and give them their furever home.

We use to have another cat, Missy. She was a solid black long-haired cat.

Don’t just hug and love your cat on this day but everyday!

I’m glad god blessed us with pets such as the household cat.
