I went and met my mom and handed her the InkSpiration Fruit of the Spirit Adult Coloring Book. She was very impressed even saying, “Wow!”
InkSpiration Fruit of the Spirit Adult Coloring Book
I thought it was very impressive when I flipped through the adult coloring book. It looked rather neat. If I was into this, I would like it a lot. I did like the messages inside the book and how it was laid out and designed. I knew my mom would love this, because she is into this as one of her hobbies.
Both my mom and I liked how they gave you samples of ideas of how to color some of the pages. Not to mention, they gave you color scheme ideas in this book too.
My mom concluded after having this InkSpiration Fruit of the Spirit Adult Coloring Book, a special thank you. She had already had colored three pages and has been enjoying it a lot. My mom told me she uses different types of mediums too. She added it was easy to color too. My mom also shows this to one of her friends too. That friend of my moms said she liked the book as well.
One thing I noticed is that the pages is perforated for you to be able to easily take out pages. The type of paper seems think. I believe the thick paper will help with bleeding to the other side. Bleeding is when ink runs through to the other side of the paper.
[pullquote]“I love to color that book. It is fun using different mediums, color pencils, crayons and to mix it up as you color.” Paul Patterson[/pullquote]
I also like the fact this adult coloring book gives coloring tips and tools. How to choose your colors and what Primary, Secondary and Tertiary colors are. Plus, how to harmony how to’s using color schemes too. Not to mention, types of palettes you can use too.

Color yourself Calm
I use a fitbit to track my steps and see how many steps I walk in a day. I did one of the special challenges that is a single challenge. In this challenge you walk so many steps and it advances your person on a map as if you were doing a walk or hike a special place. For this one it was the Yosemite Pohono Trail. With this challenge you had to talk 42,000 steps total to reach the detestation. As you are advancing it shows you scenes of that location and gives you tips for being healthy and all. This is one of the tips that came up along that path.
Color yourself calm. Break out the crayons, pencils and coloring books the next time you’re feeling anxious or stressed. Experts say the methodical, yet creative task of filling in spaces with color encourages mindfulness and helps to quiet negative mental chatter. A more relaxed you and something to hang on the fridge when you’re done. — it’s a win-win!
I saw that and this InkSpiration Fruit of the Spirit Adult Coloring Book came to my mind and I knew I had to share that with my readers in this book review.
