Hospital

In this edition of Road Signs of the Bible I want to share about the Hospital Sign. We know we all have seen it the blue sign with the white “H” inside.

Road Signs of the Bible – Hospital

When ever we see the hospital street sign let it remind you that Jesus is the ultimate physician.  He is the cure for everything including sin. We must accept Jesus as our personal savior. His blood is what cleanses us clean from our sin. When the heavenly father sees us He will see His Son’s precious blood on us.

Not only does Jesus cure us from our sin, He cures us from illness, sickness, diseases and much more. Sometimes we as Christians, those saved, accepted Jesus, may get an earthly cure and get better. Sometimes the Lord calls us home to be in Heaven with Him. When he calls those saved, who truly accepted Jesus, home we get new glorified bodies. See Philippians 3:20-21 below

20 For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, 21 who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.

After all we should lay our treasures in Heaven (see Matthew 6:19-21), since that is our true home with our glorified bodies. We will have a body that like of our savior. One that is no longer controlled by the flesh either.

When you see the Hospital sign let it remind you that Jesus Christ is our true physician and will give us the ultimate healing.
