Hobby Lobby Joins Effort to Make Christmas a Reality for 12 Million Children.

“We are delighted to partner with Operation Christmas Child to help show God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world,” said David Green, founder and chief operating officer of Hobby Lobby. “This initiative will touch countless lives with a Christmas gift and the greatest gift of all—the good news of Jesus Christ.”

Through Operation Christmas Child, families, churches and community groups fill shoeboxes. You can fill these shoeboxes with items like toys, school supplies and hygiene items. These shoeboxes are creating gifts that can make a significant difference in the lives of needy children around the world too. Since 1993, Operation Christmas Child has delivered gift-filled shoeboxes to more than 135 million children in 150 countries and territories. In 2016, Operation Christmas Child hopes to collect enough shoebox gifts to reach another 12 million children. With your help you can help reach this goal too!
