Hello Kitty Day

This day is held November 1, of each year as that is when her birthday is. She was born in 1974. So in 2014, she celebrated her 40th birthday.

She is known as Hello Kitty (Japanese: ハロー・キティ Hepburn: Harō Kiti) with her full name Kitty White (キティ・ホワイト Kiti Howaito). produced by the Japanese company Sanrio, created by Yuko Shimizu and currently designed by Yuko Yamaguchi.

My dadda hooman remembers a store in East Towne Mall (Knoxville Center Mall) in the 1990’s, it’s second name was Sarino Surprise. But, he forgot what the first name was. They sold all kinds of Hello Kitty things and also personalized things with your name on it.
