God is Patient – Attribute of God – Day 4

God is Patient – Attribute of God – Day 4. On this day of the 31 Days of the Attributes of God it takes us to two Bible verses. 2 Peter 3:9 and 2 Samuel 7:22 tells us God is Great. So there are two attributes in this days challenge.

At least in 2 Peter 3:9 it lets us know God is patient.

God is Patient - Attribute of God - Day 4. On this day of the 31 Days of the Attributes of God it takes us to two Bible verses. 2 Peter 3:9 and 2 Samuel 7:22 tells us God is Great. So there are two attributes in this days challenge.

The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

2 Peter 3:9

We on the other hand, are not patient. We want things right now. The reason He is patient with us, He wants a chance for all of us to come to be a child of Him. He wants us to repent or turn away from sin.

Now in the second verse, I don’t see patient in the verse. However, in this verse it does say God is Great. So the the other attribute of God for this day is Great.

For this reason You are great, O Lord God; for there is none like You, and there is no God besides You, according to all that we have heard with our ears.

2 Samuel 7:22

I am glad there is no one else like Him. I am glad He is Great too.

Did you get any other attributes out of these two Bible verses for today?
