This weeks Church Sign Saturday is from The Church of God of the Union Assembly in Corbin, KY. Special thanks to Heather of SimplySpokn for taking this picture for me. Their church sign reads, “Give Satan An Inch and He Will Be Your Ruler”
They use a play on words using Inch and Ruler a measuring device. But in reality, this is true. It doesn’t take much for Satan to get a hold of us and try to dominate us. He will do what ever he can to push us away from God. That little inch or even less, can cause the devil to have a foot hold of your life. Satan only wants to steal, kill and destroy.
Do not give Satan an inch so he won’t be your ruler. One way to do that is to live close and clean. Read God’s Word (The Bible), stay in fellowship with your fellow brothers and sisters. That is why Jesus gives us life! He is the only way to Heaven! Don’t leave gaps for Heaven! Fill up on Christ!
