Giant Colorful Iced Marbles

Giant Colorful Iced Marbles – With temps getting colder and below freezing, this would be neat thing to do with the family. This will only work if the temperatures are below freezing, 32°.

This may be a fun thing to do with the family or even the children or youth at church.

Fill the balloons with water and add food coloring to it. Place them outside, allow them to completely freeze. Then cut the balloon off. Make sure you properly dispose of the balloon pieces and not leave them laying around.

During winter fill balloons with water and add food coloring, once frozen cut the balloons off & they look like giant marbles or Christmas decorations.

After you finish that step, the above results should occur. I am sure variations will occur. But it should result in a giant marble look. You can use them as giant colorful marbles or even Christmas Decorations outside.

If the temperatures get above freezing, they will melt! This might work better in Northern States in the United State or even in Canada or other Northern Countries. You might be able to do this in the South if one of those cold snaps come in.

I haven’t tried this, but it looks like fun and that it would work! I will most definitely have to try this.

Have you done this? How well did it work?
