Answers Academy Accepting New Students at Its New Location — Answers in Genesis’ Christian school, Answers Academy, has moved to a beautiful, newly renovated facility off I-275 near Erlanger, KY. This move will greatly increase the number of students and families the school can serve, as well as provide exciting new learning opportunities for students.

Answers Academy is now located in the first third of the new Answers in Genesis headquarters building, a former Toyota headquarters facility. The remainder of the facility is being renovated for office space for the growing number of Answers in Genesis staff.

This school is dedicated to raising up the next generation for Christ, starting with God’s Word as the basis for everything, by partnering with like-minded parents.

Answers Academy is a biblical-worldview K–12 Christian school located in Northern Kentucky. This school is dedicated to raising up the next generation for Christ, starting with God’s Word as the basis for everything, by partnering with like-minded parents. Combining high academic standards, fine arts, and logic and critical thinking with an emphasis on biblical authority, apologetics (faith defense), and biblical-worldview training, Answers Academy is a unique, valuable resource to local families.

In this new facility, Answers Academy can now greatly expand, as they have the room to host two classrooms for each grade level. This allows the academy to accommodate twice the number of students, while still maintaining a low teacher-to-student ratio and small classroom atmosphere. The school can now accommodate between 450 and 500 students.

The new Answers Academy facility features beautiful classrooms, a first-class science lab for hands-on exploration, a growing library, a computer lab for technology specials and electives, a music room, and a dedicated art room. Eventually the school plans to expand their fine arts program to include choir, band, and more.

These renovations were made possible, in part, thanks to a generous grant from the Herzog Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to catalyzing and accelerating the development of quality Christ-centered K-12 education so that families and culture flourish. Answers in Genesis extends their heartfelt thanks to this foundation for their generosity.

The ribbon cutting on January 3, 2024, to officially open and dedicate the new facility to the Lord was attended by students, their families, and special guests. Answers in Genesis Founder CEO Ken Ham and Answers Academy founder Renee Hodge both shared during the ceremony, including a short history of the academy (founded in 2017). Hodge reaffirmed the school’s commitment to high academic standards, partnering with like-minded families, high behavioral standards, and that they would continue to:

  • “Stand firm on the authority of God’s Word in all areas as we build and shape students’ worldview with the Bible as the foundation. It’s really training the students to think “What does the Bible say about that?” And the Bible says a lot about history, language, art, music, science—astronomy, biology, zoology, gender, abortion, CRT, racism—and every area of life.”
  • “Disciple and mentor each child according to their needs and grow them academically, biblically, socially, and spiritually as we model for them lives of high integrity and Christlikeness so that they may grow to be steadfast in their faith and be biblical leaders for this next generation and make an impact for the Lord.”
