Change Challenge

Change Challenge – A Challenge to keep the change you get back and put it in a jar, jug or piggy bank. Then at the end of the year, use it to bless others and/or put in the offering.

Change Challenge

It is very simple! Just save those Pennies, Nickles, Dimes, and Quarters we get back in change. Put them in a jug, jar or piggy bank. At the end of the year, collect it in. You can use the change to bless a family or even use the change to put in the offering at church. Of course, you can even put in dollar bills too!

Don’t spend the change unless you plan to bless someone with it. We all get change back when we pay with cash.

If We Kept All Our Pennies

I heard a radio station mention if we kept all our pennies instead of throwing them on the ground or what-not, we would have a lot of change to give back to Jesus by the end of the year. Think about that, we tend to see pennies and sometimes other lose change on the ground. Maybe pick them up too!  I always pick it up, heads or tails. I then put it in the change challenge. Pennies from Heaven some call it.

Pennies from Heaven

This change thing is something my wife, Heather has been doing for years now. She keeps all her pennies and nickles and puts them in a jug. Of course, you can put the other types of change in it too, if you like. This year, our jug, we are doing together, we will use to bless someone, show how at the end of the year. We will pray and allow God to show us how to use it then.
