Camp Hope of East Tennessee is FREE
Right in the area that I live … East Tennessee is a Christian camp that is complete free of charge to children and youth! You cannot beat that parents! This camp was founded in 2012. Each year around 1,000 campers get to experience this Christian camping experience.
For an entire week each year, the children and youth who attend Camp Hope are happy to trade in all of the distractions and chaos of modern daily life for the relationships, adventure, and excitement that camp brings.
Churches are also welcome to use Camp Hope as well!
Their Mission:
Camp Hope has a purpose higher than just keeping kids entertained during the summer. The main mission and the driving force behind every decision that is made at Camp Hope is to grow so many Children and Youth into Christ-likeness that our culture is dramatically impacted for the glory of God.
Completely Free
Yes, Camp Hope of East Tennessee is completely free! It won’t cost the campers or the families any money! Funding comes from the congregation of Hope Community Church of East Tennessee. Plus, financial donations from businesses and individuals.
The Vision
The Bible, Psalm 29:18, says the people without a vision will perish. This camp had a vision and is sticking to it. Their vision was to have a camp offered to the community that will be totally free. They followed with it and won’t retreat from it either.

Registration!
All camp registration has been handled through the online registration form. Camping is limited to first come, first served basis. Camper is limited to one camp session per season. Other restrictions may apply.
Volunteers
They are always looking for volunteers to come and help out at the camp!
