Blame Game

Blame Game – We want to blame others or even God, but not take accountability for our own actions.

Blame Game

One of the first blame game played was by Adam and Eve. First of all Eve blamed the serpent. While Adam blamed God for giving him woman. As we know that what they did in the garden started the fall of man kind and ever since then the blame game has gone on. We blame other people for what is going on, but we cannot own up or take accountability for the actions.

Blame Game - We want to blame others or even God, but not take accountability for our own actions. (finger pointing)

One thing we have to remember when we point the blame to other people is we have three fingers pointed back at you. That tells us there are more pointing back at us than the one(s) we are pointing at.

Why do we blame others?

  • Live in fallen world
  • Don’t want to take accountablity
  • We think we are right and they are wrong
  • There are many possible reasons that could be listed

Three fingers pointing back at you
