Banana S’mores

My wife, Heather, introduced me to these and they are yummy. They are just like your traditional campfire S’more, but with bananas. Did you know that August 10 is National S’mores Day?

Ingredients

  • Crushed up Graham Crackers
  • Tiny Marshmallows
  • Hershey’s Chocolate
  • Bananas

Items Needed

  • Aluminum Foil
  • Fork
  • Knife

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven 350°
  2. Set out a strip of aluminum foil.
  3. Peel Banana
  4. Slice Banana
  5. Top with
    1. Marshmallows
    2. Pieces of Hershey’s Chocolate
    3. Topped with Crushed Graham Crackers
  6. Seal Aluminum Foil
  7. Bake for 10-15 or until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
  8. Enjoy!

Banana S’mores aka Grilled Banana Boats
Course Snacks

Equipment

  • Aluminum Foil
  • Butter Knife

Ingredients

  • Graham Crackers Crushed Up into crumbs
  • Marshmallows Must use the tiny ones
  • 1 Banana
  • Chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven 350°
  • Set out a strip of aluminum foil.
  • Peel Banana
  • Slit the banana
  • Add the toppings of chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers
  • Seal in aluminum foil
  • Bake for 10-15 or until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
  • Enjoy!
