This day is celebrated the last day of September, unless that day is a weekend. In 2019 that will fall on September 30.

In 2020-22, it will fall on the 30th. Then on 2023, it will be on the 29th. On 2024 on the 30th again.

There is an old saying, “There is no such thing as a stupid question.” That came up so people will feel open to ask any question they want no matter what.

If you never ask the question, how will you know the answer?

Some people say this holiday was created in the 1980’s by a group of teachers. Usually this day is celebrated in the classrooms across schools, this day can be celebrated anywhere.
