Amish on a Greyhound bus got witnessed to - I remember when I was in college and I rode on a Greyhound bus up to Michigan. We stop somewhere likes maybe Cincinnati, OH and maybe over half the bus to three-fourths of the bus loaded with a bunch of people from the Amish community.

While we were heading up to the next stop which would be Detroit because it was the express run. A random guy that was on the bus went to the back and sat with them. This guy then opened up his Bible and started preaching to them.

This was just a random memory that I just thought about I had to share. Are we that brave to share the gospel like that? Remind you the bus was full and you can hear them in the front and he was more toward the back with them. Yes this may have been the late 1990s to early 2000s. The importance of sharing the gospel has never changed.

In preaching to the Amish community that was on the bus, he was also preaching to everyone riding the bus, including the bus driver.

I hope that I can be that bold. I can say that I believe I would be. But when it comes down to it, will I do it? We never know until we are in that situation.

This image is an example of how the Greyhound buses looked like back then. Looking for images, boy have they changed, including the seating. But that shows, I haven’t rode a travel bus since the late 1990’s.
