After Eden Comic – Social Sharing

After Eden Social Share Comic
After Eden Social Share Comic

I saw this comic the other day on Facebook and wanted to share it with you. This is a Christian Comic called After Eden. The comic is done by Dan Lietha.

In the comic you see a guy at his laptop praying. This man prays …

Lord, as I enter social media today, may my comments, posts and likes be pleasing to you. And help me to not only share photos and videos, but to share YOU with my friends and family. Thank you for this opportunity. Amen!

I so agree, we should come to the Lord in prayer before we go to social media. We should be watchful on what we like, share or comment on and what we say when we comment. We should be using social media to share Christ not break people away. Check out this blog post on using social media to share Christ.

Then the bottom of the comic has …

What a different social media world it would be …

If we just prayed and seeked God’s guidance in everything we say and do, not just on social media, but in our everyday life how much different the world would be. If we all just seeked after God. But the Bible clearly tells us no one seeks after God. (See Romans 3:10-18). These verses in Romans is what I felt led to share with you. It is not on this comic.

The comic list several Bible Verses but doesn’t tell you what it is. That is so you can go look them up yourself.

  • Mark 16:15
  • James 3:8-10
  • 1 Corinthians 13
  • Colossians 3:17
