It’s the much, much future in America. The country has proclaimed that Christmas is illegal that we are banned from celebrating. Anyone who is caught is fined and imprisoned.

You cannot even mention or say anything about Christmas. All blog post about Christmas are illegal too. Like this one!

What is someone to do?

I guess what we can do for those who are still wanting to celebrate is write the President a long well written letter on why we should celebrate Christmas.

In that letter we would use the Bible and share the reason why … Birth of Jesus Christ. Our Savior who came to save us. BTW, Even writing a letter could get you into trouble at this point.

I would also let the President know that I am still gonna celebrate and call for all Christians to speak up and celebrate Christmas. After all our country was founded on the basis of FREEDOM.

A FREEDOM that we don’t have anymore in the future.

I would also remind the President that Christmas will come even if it was banned or not. That you cannot take away Christmas and remind him of the Grinch who tried to steal Christmas. He couldn’t!

This is part of a Creative Writing Prompt:

Pretend the president has passed a law banning Christmas. Write a letter to convince him that Christmas should not be banned.

I hope that it never has to come down to Christmas being illegal or even Christianity.
