Where she has been feeding stray cats for some two years now, as she received her first citation in 2017. Total she’s has received a total of four citations—with the latest one requiring her to appear before a magistrate last week. He sentenced her to 10 days in the Cuyahoga County Jail.

She is expected to report to the jail on August 11, 2019.
Waiting to see if my neighbors are trying to do the same, although I’m not aware of any laws against it.
