Where’s George Currency Tracking My Faith is Stronger than that

I just want to say that I am no longer doing Where’s George, the currency tracking site. My reason is my faith is stronger than that.

Why do you ask that I quit doing Where’s George?

I went to enter some bills in to the system today. When I did, I simply put in my bill notes that I circled “In God We Trust.” When I did that and it finalized the bill note Where’s George system automatically changed my note to read “National Motto.”

Now I didn’t say “National Motto” I said …

“In God We Trust”

In God We Trust - Where's George
In God We Trust

So Where’s George is taking God out of the equation and where ever God is not welcome, I am not welcome either. I want to be where God is. So I destroyed all my stampers for this hobby. Plus, I deleted my account on the site.

I am not going to support a Godless hobby. I no longer recommend anyone doing the Where’s George hobby. Anything that will hinder our walk from God we must remove it! See Hindering Walks blog post.

I even stopped another hobby I had because I felt it pull me from God and that was collecting business cards. Even fellow Georgers gave me business cards when I went to gatherings. They called me, “Dr. Cards” because I collected business cards and I used a play on words “Cardeologist” note the “e” instead of the “i”. Using the rootword card. I stopped that hobby too and toss all the business cards I had.

Our society is taking God out of everything and we are accepting way too much that is against God and we as a society are saying it is morally acceptable to do certain sins today because of society then it was in Bible times.

Wrong! It is still wrong today!
