Restarting the book LiveSecond: 365 Ways to Make Jesus First

I was a blog launcher for the LiveSecond (365 Ways to Make Jesus First) book. I didn’t get alway through it. I had a pdf version from the author, Doug Bender. I wasn’t able to keep up with it. So I am restarting it with a hard copy book and as a family devotion. Stay tuned to this blog as I will post some updates and information about this book and the progress of this book.

I am glad that I got me the hard copy over the electronic copy version. I do believe I will be able to keep up doing this book this way. I also got a spiral notebook for me and one for my daughter so we can jot down notes as we take this journey.

I love watching the I Am Second videos. They have some moving testimonies anyways.

I like how it uses the Bible as reference points.

On this blog post is an image of what the book looks like.

This is the Session 1, Day 1 entitled Creation. It has a story about Tony Evans. He talks about over coming racism and discrimination. I like how he said when he learned to place Jesus first, he learned that Jesus puts him second above all things. He feels seated at the highest spot right next to Jesus.

This day talked about the Creation of God. How God created everything.
