I am sure we have seen this Road Sign, No Standing. When we see this sign it means you cannot stand in that area, you must be moving. It can mean no waiting in that spot too. In this episode of Road Signs of the Bible, I want to talk about the No Standing Sign. God doesn’t just want us to stand where we are, He wants us to go into the World. Note the word “GO”. We are all called to share the gospel there is no excuses! This is part of the Great Commission.
Our testimony is the most powerful thing we have. We must keep intrepidity with this or we will lose our testimony. No settling or compromising. We stand firm on what God says to do. Share what Christ has done for you. How He has changed you. You can also use Gospel Tracts, they can often be good conversation starters.
But remember No Standing … GO! GO! GO! Go share the Gospel.
Look at it this way, if you had a cure for an illness, wouldn’t you want to share that with a loved one on how they can be cured? Well our illness is sin. The only cure is the Blood of Jesus Christ. So Go share that cure for your lost friend. Remember you were once in darkness and no in light. Help them see the light. Save them before it is too late. We are never promised tomorrow.

16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted.
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
My pastor said a funny joke at church Sunday night, February 8, 2015 …
This man fell asleep while the pastor was preaching. This pastor was monotone, so while the man was asleep the pastor said those who want to go to Heaven, Stand Up. So everyone in the church stood up but him. The pastor noticed he was still asleep. So the pastor then said if you want to go to hell stand up. Everyone sat down. Then the pastor said it again, anyone who wants to go to hell … then yells STAND UP! Immediately the man stands up. Everyone around staring at the man and the man looks around and noticed. He goes to the pastor and says, pastor, I am not sure what I voted on, but it looks like you and I both are in agreement.
Also make sure you are not standing at the wrong time.
