Criminalization of Christianity

Criminalization of Christianity
Criminalization of Christianity

I do believe we are now seeing signs of Criminalization of Christianity in America. Where you will be put in jail for your belief and standing up for your belief. Similar to Kim Davis of Kentucky. I am proud of her for standing up for her rights and not issuing same-sex marriage license, because it does go against God’s Word! It says Marriage: One Man, One Woman.

I pray and hope that I can stand strong like this too. We need more freedom fighters to stand up for our beliefs. Beliefs that are being taken away from us. We were founded on Freedom of Religion, not Freedom From Religion.

I like what Mike Huckabee Shared on Facebook.

Having Kim Davis in federal custody removes all doubt of the criminalization of Christianity in our country. We must defend religious liberty and never surrender to judicial tyranny. Five, unelected Supreme Court lawyers did not and cannot make law. They can only make rulings. The Supreme Court is not the Supreme branch and it’s certainly not the Supreme Being.

I am proud of Kim for standing strong for her beliefs. Who will be next? Pastors? Photographers? Caterers? Florists? This is a reckless, appalling, out-of-control decision that undermines the Constitution of the United States and our fundamental right to religious liberty.1

I agree we need more freedom fighters those who are not afraid to stand up even if it could lead to jail time. Where are we freedom fighters? Are we just gonna sit back and let them take our rights away. Before you know it we will not be aloud to worship. Huckabee also told her he was proud of her for not abandoning her faith. Huckabee says he fully backs her on this. Huckabee will get my vote for President 2016.

Even Decision Magazine, a publication of Billy Graham. shared …

“This is not the kind of America the Founders envisioned or that most Americans want.”2

Decision Magazine also shared that she is a strong woman of faith and she wants to be true to God. Myself I am very proud of Kim Davis and her stand. I ask that everyone pray for her, her family, the community our nation and everyone affected by this.

These are parts of the signs of the ends of times! Jesus Christ can come back any moment now. Another note that jail time could lead to Kim Davis being a light in the dark jail and maybe some saved souls!

According to Liberty Counsel, a law firm that helps those who are standing up for their beliefs made this statement.

County Clerk Kim Davis has been sent to jail until she abandons her Biblical values. Details to come. #‎FreeKim‬3

If it was me, I would not change my Biblical view, so I guess I would get life in jail.

I am asking for freedom fighters to stand up and be bold against this. I also ask Prayer Warriors to pray!

Gods Law trumps mans law! We answer to God not man on judgement day!

Huckabee created a Sign the petition to free Kim Davis to get her freed from jail. To sign visit: mikehuckabee.com/FreeKimDavis

Jeff Druban shared this …

For all of those suggesting that Mrs. Davis should obey the “law” and just quit. Here is the law in Kentucky:

Kentucky Constitution Section 233A

Valid or recognized marriage — Legal status of unmarried individuals.

Only a marriage between one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in Kentucky. A legal status identical or substantially similar to that of marriage for unmarried individuals shall not be valid or recognized.

Text as Ratified on: November 2, 2004.

History: Creation proposed by 2004 Ky. Acts ch. 128, sec. 1.4

The State does say that but the federal law did change, it changed illegally. The Supreme Court had now power to do what they did. But, never the less let us remember that God’s Law still trumps Man’s Law.

Yes she may have had 3 bad marriages prior but that is her past not present. She stood up for her belief and not allowing a gay marriage license. She has no issues giving marriage license to one man and one woman.

  1. She was arrested and reading the article from the news which is on my page had me mad and sad all at the same time. Also on my page I shared a brother in Christ’s post where Mike Huckabee told the truth about how The Courts had NO rights to arrest her. It is also a very good article coming from someone who is a Christian and also is a Governor or Senator.

  2. ChristianBlogR No idiot. She was arrest for thinking that the laws of the nation don’t apply to her because #god. And that’s just.

  3. I believe that book says to obey the laws of man and God together. It also asks for those of the faith that if they at some point cross, to follow the laws of man. God didn’t MAKE her work somewhere where she was, nor did He not provide at some point a door for her to walk through to chose another profession elsewhere where she wouldn’t have to make this decision. This isn’t about faith or putting “christians” in jail, this is about she had a job to do and she didn’t do it. If she wanted to work somewhere where she wouldn’t be faced with this decision, she should have been in a church.

  4. Also, how many marriage licenses did she issue to NON-christians? Did she ask each and every couple that came to get one? Probably not, which means she was profiling, and going against her beliefs her entire employment time. I’m no for gays marrying myself, but this is just ignorant. a thief, liar, people who aren’t of her faith all should have been denied if she was standing up for her beliefs, not just gays.

  5. Acts 5:27-32 And when they had brought them, they set them before the council. And the high priest asked them, saying, “Did we not strictly command you not to teach in this name? And look, you have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this Man’s blood on us!” But Peter and the other apostles answered and said: “We ought to obey God rather than men. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus whom you murdered by hanging on a tree. Him God has exalted to His right hand to be Prince and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins. And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.”

    1. I’m not disagreeing with that scripture at all, what I am saying is suddenly she’s not issuing licenses because of her “beliefs”, why did a non-believer not stop her before, or a liar, or a thief. Are they not all sins? Are not all sins but ONE considered the same in God’s eye? This woman doesn’t properly represent the “Christian community” by any stretch of the imagination. If anything she’s a hypocrite.

    2. God didn’t ordain gay marriage. Bible says man must leave his family to be united in one with woman. She will issue marriage licenses to anyone who is male and female but not of the same gender.

    3. We all can be hypocrites at some point of time but she’s not a hypocrite in homosexuality as she is not homosexual saying it’s bad. Like someone saying do not commit adultery but the practice it too. You will know those who are truly there’s by those fruit. Jesus makes us a new creation. No change then you need to check your salvation. We all need Jesus and to repent or turn away not live in that open sin that pushes us away from God. I stand with her as I wouldn’t issue the same sex license either.

    4. 1 Corinthians 7:12-16 But to the rest I, not the Lord, say: If any brother has a wife who does not believe, and she is willing to live with him, let him not divorce her. And a woman who has a husband who does not believe, if he is willing to live with her, let her not divorce him. For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy. But if the unbeliever departs, let him depart; a brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases. But God has called us to peace. For how do you know, O wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, O husband, whether you will save your wife?

  6. Acts 5:40-42 And they agreed with him, and when they had called for the apostles and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go. So they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for His name. And daily in the temple, and in every house, they did not cease teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ.

  7. Also, I must say it is not our job, nor our duty as christians to FORCE our beliefs down someone elses throat. We are to teach peacefully and share peacefully. No where in the bible does it teach to force anything on anyone.

    1. At a job which does not share her believes, shame on her for being employed by a non-christian organization, not shame on them for giving her a job to do and her refusing to do it.

    2. And again I say shame on her for not being employed by a christian employer. She knew up front they didn’t have her beliefs, and SHE chose to work there. Shame on her, not them.

    3. “Separation of church and state” (sometimes “wall of separation between church and state”) is a phrase used by Thomas Jefferson and others expressing an understanding of the intent and function of the Establishment Clause and Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

    4. It still stands, and she knew up front her employer may or may not believe in her religion, or may not follow her beliefs. It is up to us as Christians to ensure we are employed by individuals who share our beliefs if we wish to follow God’s word to a T, otherwise we will face what she is right now. She is in jail because she broke the law, not for being a Christian.

    5. Actually she broke the law yes, but she did not break God’s Law by allowing or permitting a Gay Marriage. She is a Christian and her beliefs she stood up for and she would not wavier her beliefs. It doesn’t matter where we work, we are told to be a light.
