Smiles spreads sunshine

Smiles spreads sunshine. I always tell my friends that. Do you ever realize that smiles spread sunshine to others? Doesn’t it make you feel warm when you see someone smiles at you. You want to smile back.

Smiles spreads sunshine

A smile can of an uplift someones day.
Smiles spread Sunshine

Did you know that it takes more muscles to frown than it does the smile.

Smiling is contagious!

I also think smiling is contagious.

How do you feel when somebody smiles at you? Do you smile back?

You just might light up someones day! You might just bring the warmth of sunshine to someone by just that one act of kindness. So show a big sincere smile as you interact with people. Sometimes that smile may be the make it or break it for them that day. That smile just might encourage them to continue on.

More Muscles

So we use less muscles when we smile than when we frown. So turn that frown upside down and … SMILE!

Sunshine!

Some food for thought to remember no matter the weather outside, snow, rain, cold, etc. a smile is warming and spreads sunshine onto another person. Keep on smiling I encourage you smile to someone else and spread that sunshine. A smile is warming just like the sun shining on us.

Tight Underwear

I watched the movie Saved by Grace on January 12, 2017. In the movie Grace said a funny line that caught my attention. That is the line below, about smiles and tight underwear.
